Dreyfus Newport is a privately held investment holding company
Will you primarily hold shares in the business interests of the controlling family. Most of these will be businesses owned and managed by the founding family
Overtime the businesses cashflows will be dividends from the underlying businesses as well as capital injections as and when parts of those same businesses are sold to external investors
Dreyfus Newport also plans to buy shares in public companies through the use of simple traditional investment accounts.
The third part of the companies investment process is to buy shares in private businesses. These will be found through the simple fact of discussions and networking with existing contacts, and then making choice selections from the resultant opportunities discovered
Dreyfus Newport does not accept or hold client money, it does not invest the funds of third-party is no engaging investment advisory services. The company has no plans to seek FCA authorisation to undertake such activities. It will only ever invest its own money
